Data removal
Effective from 2 October 2026
You can have the data Malholly holds about a connected advertising account, or about you, deleted at any time. There are two ways to do it. Neither costs anything, and you do not need to give a reason.
Option 1: disconnect on TikTok
- Sign in to TikTok Ads Manager with the account that approved the connection.
- Open the list of authorised apps for the account.
- Find Malholly and remove its access.
Malholly detects the withdrawal on its next sync, which runs every hour. It then stops all scheduled actions for that account, deletes the access and refresh tokens, and queues the account's records for deletion.
Option 2: ask us by email
Write to support@malholly.com from the email address linked to the account, and tell us:
- the name or advertiser ID of the advertising account;
- whether you want everything deleted or only specific records.
We confirm receipt within 2 working days. If we cannot tell from your message that you are entitled to make the request, we will ask you to confirm it before we delete anything.
What is deleted, and when
| Data | Deleted |
|---|---|
| Access and refresh tokens | Immediately |
| Account details, campaign structure, schedules | Within 10 days |
| Performance figures and weekly summaries | Within 10 days |
| Action history for the account | Within 10 days |
| Copies in encrypted backups | Overwritten within 35 days |
When deletion is complete, we send a confirmation to the address the request came from.
What we keep
We keep the email conversation about your request for 12 months, as evidence that it was carried out. It contains no advertising data.
What this does not affect
Deleting data from Malholly does not change anything in the advertising account itself. Campaigns, ad groups, ads and reports stay on TikTok exactly as they were. Data that TikTok holds is covered by TikTok's own privacy policy.
Personal data requests
If you are a member of our team, or have written to us, and want your own personal data deleted, use the same email address. Your other rights are explained in the privacy notice.
